I'm very happy with all of the oysters from PNW. I've ordered from them a lot. I use culture to grain, and then bucket tek with straw sterilized with hydrated lime.

Culture did phenomenally, all agar tests ran clean, currently colonizing in jars over brown rice and is doing great. Love these genetics, very aggressive Mycelial growth.

I am trying to do my due diligence with research on the morel mushrooms. I want to be able to sustain an indoor growing setup. I know it's only been done by a very few, and I mean a very few, people. So before I start this adventure I have a few more thing to figure out, like a proper humidifier system that would suit the needs of grow morels. After that I will start working on the proper fruiting substrate. I do plan on buying some diffrent culinary mushroom spores to grow in the mean time because mushrooms are a favorite around the house. And a little education on gardening.

Very excited to introduce my son to mycology with the pink oysters. He is excited to see if they really taste like bacon. I’m intrigued to get started on some cordycepts and reichi myself.

The turkey tail mycelium populated quickly and was very robust. After about 10 days I moved to wood block using oak and soy hull. I am very happy how well it did with the grain spawn and had no contamination issues.
