If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to make it right. Please contact us at support [at] goodmushroom.com with photos so we can help troubleshoot, and if needed, replace your product.

Order Returns

If you’ve ordered the wrong product, or no longer need or want it, please contact us before your order ships.

If you would like to return a delivered order, you are welcome to return it unused within 15 days of receipt. We just ask that you pay for shipping. Return requests must include your order number and be sent to support [at] goodmushroom.com for approval.

*Please note: Shipping costs are ineligible for refund. In some situations, only partial refunds are granted: order refund volume in excess of $80.

Modify or Cancel Order

Many orders are fulfilled and shipped the same day. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order.

Shipping Information

Free domestic shipping is available on orders over $150 USD. This does not include U.S. Territories. Additional fees may apply for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

Your total after discounts must be over the $150 USD total to receive free shipping.

Local pick-up is not available at this time.

Insulated Shipping: Liquid Culture Syringes

Good Mushroom offers insulated shipping options for liquid culture syringes. We recommend using the insulated option when daytime temperatures in your area are above 80 degrees or below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information. Good Mushroom recommends collecting your package as soon as possible after delivery. Please see our Storage Tips for helpful product storage information.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship to countries outside of the United States and Canada. Due to import restrictions, we are unable to ship substrates to Canada.

Please be aware that we charge an International Handling Fee to cover any applicable brokerage fees and duties.

Liquid Culture Syringes: 1 to 2 business days

Cultivation Supplies & Grow Kits: 1 to 3 business days
