How quickly do you ship out orders and what method do you use?
Unless otherwise specified, all orders are normally processed and shipped Monday–Friday within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order. We ship USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, and UPS.
You can expect your package in 2 to 5 business days, which does not include processing time. Tracking information is included. Questions? Please find more details on order shipping & processing here.
How will my order be packaged?
Your order will arrive from “Good Mushroom” in a corrugated shipping box. The size of the box will be dependent on the size of your order.
Within your order, each product will be individually packaged and sealed. Please inspect each part of your order for any damage, and contact us at [email protected] if you have any issues or concerns.

Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Please be aware that some email service providers such as Hotmail, Yahoo, ProtonMail, AOL, etc. have a tendency to push automated emails to spam or reject them all together.
*Please Note: USPS (and other carriers) are frequently experiencing delayed transit times, as well as slower tracking updates. Please know that we work hard to fulfill your order M-F within 24-48 hours of placement in an effort to minimize any delay you may experience.
What is the best way to store my Good Mushroom products?

My package was lost, or damaged, what should I do?
Please consult your local post office or UPS Store, if your package was lost or damaged in transit. We provide tracking information so you can follow your order once it leaves our facility.
Please double-check the shipping address you have provided before submitting your order. Shipping information is automatically imported. Items returned or lost due to incorrect or invalid/undeliverable address information will not be refunded.
What is your return or refund policy?
We guarantee our products. Please inspect your items carefully before opening. It is always recommended to allow your Good Mushroom Starter Grain products and Good Mushroom Grow Bags to sit for 5 to 7 days, at room temperature and out of direct sunlight, to ensure they are contamination free before use.

Do you sell Psilocybe mushroom products?
Good Mushroom does not provide any materials, products, or information, in regard to the cultivation of Psilocybe (Magic) Mushrooms.
Is my personal information and credit card data kept safe?
Yes. We take our customer’s privacy seriously. All credit card transactions processed through our website are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption. We will never sell or distribute your personal information. For additional information visit our Privacy Policy page.
I think the products that I ordered are contaminated. What should I do?
We stand by the quality of our products and strive to exceed your expectations while providing the highest quality supplies. While our track record is excellent, liquid culture syringes contain living organisms, and cultivation mediums are nutrient rich and hydrated, and, by nature, are not always completely sterile.
