Why is Good Mushroom Better?

Our liquid culture syringe is backed by Good Mushroom’s Quality Guarantee. Learn more about our Liquid Culture Quality Guarantee here.

We use HEPA air filtration to maintain a positively pressurized “clean room” environment. All liquid culture syringe production takes place in our clean-room laboratories in front of laminar flow hoods, using laboratory-grade borosilicate glassware, surgical steel tools, and medical-grade syringes and tip caps. Our equipment, tools, and work surfaces are kept clean using both UVC and autoclave sterilization.

Golden Enoki may have very well originated in Asia, and made its way to North America via the Bering land bridge. These mushrooms are now found in cooler northern climates in North America, Europe, and Asia.

This mushroom prefers a cooler climate and usually fruits in fall or early winter. It grows from hardwoods, either buried or above ground, presenting with an almost rubbery and slimy cap and velvety stem. Commercially cultivated enoki is derived from this species, but due to lack of light and growing conditions produce much thinner and smaller white enoki fruit.

Golden Enoki gourmet mushrooms are suitable for intermediate experienced growers.

Our Golden Enoki gourmet liquid culture syringes are guaranteed to be free of contamination and contain healthy live mycelium.

We’ve got the best shiitake.

Our team at Good Mushroom has a passion to provide the highest quality mushroom genetics through liquid culture syringes, consistent and reliable cultivation materials and supplies.
